After 7 years in the water business, I was tired of watching Laredo families overpay by thousands for the same equipment. So I started Azul. I come to your home, test your tap in person, and show you the real numbers before we talk about anything else. From $39/month. No deposit.
We test at your tap before we install a single part, and again after. You get a printed report with your actual results.
South Texas water is hard and heavily treated. We spec every system to your actual test results. A box off a shelf wasn't designed for Laredo's water.
A good water system shouldn't cost a fortune in your own town. That's why the price is right here: from $39/month, no deposit, financing available. Real pricing before we knock. No pressure, no surprises.
Sample results. Actual numbers vary by location and source water; your test will show yours.
Before we install anything, I write your before numbers and your target numbers on your quote. Within 24 hours of the install we retest at your tap. If the retest doesn't hit the targets on that paper, you pay $0 and we remove the system at no charge. That's the deal, signed by me, not by a brand.
Applies to residential installs in our service area, once per household. Targets are set from your own test and written on your quote. Retest is at the same tap, by Azul, within 24 hours of install completion. Equipment is removed by Azul within 7 days of a missed retest.
“I put my name on this because I'm the one who shows up. If your water isn't what we wrote down, you don't pay me.”
Laredo's water meets all federal legal limits set by the EPA. EWG health guidelines are stricter than federal law. Source: EWG Tap Water Database, City of Laredo water system (PWS ID TX2400001), sampling period 2021–2023. Checked October 2026; we re-check the EWG page every quarter.
The City of Laredo's water meets every federal standard set by the EPA. That's a baseline, not a ceiling. The Environmental Working Group (EWG) applies stricter health-based guidelines and has identified 13 contaminants in Laredo's tap water above those guidelines, several of them hundreds of times over.
Laredo also has some of the hardest water in Texas, typically 30–42 GPG, classified as Very Hard by the Water Quality Association. That means scale on your pipes, shorter appliance life, and dry skin and hair. A properly sized Azul system handles both the chemistry and the hardness at the same time.
Find out what's in your water. Free test.Every system is sized to YOUR water test results, not a box off a shelf.
Built for South Texas hard water. A high-capacity tank with twice the filtration of a traditional softener removes the hardness minerals that leave scale on your pipes, appliances, skin, and hair. Sized to your home and your actual water test.
A high-capacity 6-stage refiner with twice the filtration of a traditional system. Handles hardness, chlorine, bacteria, chemicals, and odors from every tap, and it's built for years of South Texas water.
Clean drinking water straight from your kitchen tap. Five stages of reverse osmosis remove TDS, heavy metals, fluoride, bacteria, and chemical contaminants. Add the alkaline filter for a sixth stage that puts minerals back for taste. NSF/ANSI 58 certified.
Kills 99.9% of bacteria, viruses, and pathogens without chemicals. Pairs with any Azul system as a final layer of protection, and we especially recommend it for well water.
Have a well? We cover that too. Iron, sulfur, bacteria, hardness: we test on-site and build for YOUR well's specific chemistry.

She'll grow up with clean water. So will yours.
I spent 7 years in the water business before Azul, and I got tired of watching Laredo families overpay by thousands for the same equipment. My own family drinks this water too: hard, heavy, full of things you can't see. So I started Azul to fix it for us and for every family in Laredo, without it costing a small fortune. The price on this page is the price I show up with. No deposit, no pressure, no fine print, ever.
Every installation is done by my own crew, people I trained and people I trust. You won't open your door to a stranger who got assigned the job that morning. And when you need service a year from now, you call the same number and reach the same people who put the system in. That's just how we run it.
We're local, and we're not hiding behind a big brand. I shop at the same H-E-B as you. Laredo is home, and I built Azul to stay here for a long time.
We live here. No big brand to hide behind. This is our home, not a territory on someone's map.
No subcontractors. No rotating third-party installers. The same Azul team, every time.
(956) 307-7852 is Enrique's personal number. No receptionist, no call center. You call us directly, and I answer.
Every system installed by our own crew, no subcontractors. These are real Laredo homes and businesses.
These are real Laredo neighbors. I tested their water, installed their system, and I'm still the person they call when they have a question.
"Living in Laredo, we have dealt with our share of water quality concerns, including frequent water boiling notices. From the first call, Enrique was professional and knowledgeable. The installation was quick and clean. The difference in my water quality was noticeable almost immediately. As a parent, nothing matters more than the safety of your children — I can now feel confident that the water my children use every day is clean and safe. Pricing was fair and transparent — no hidden fees or surprises."
"Azul is the best company I've ever worked with. Had other companies come to give me quotes and they were charging thousands of dollars. Met with Enrique and he beat all the prices by almost half with a way better system. If you're looking for a water system in Laredo TX, call Azul."
"Initially, Enrique came and tested our water which was very informative about what exactly is in our water. After recommending us a system, we ended up going with Azul + and the installation was very fast and clean. Overall, a genuinely amazing experience. Would 100% recommend Azul to anyone looking for a water system!"
"Within the first phone call, Azul Water Co had my business. Very professional, punctual and answered all the questions I had. Install was pretty fast and smooth. I recommend Azul Water Co 100%."
"We had very hard water in our home and Azul Water Co helped us choose the perfect water treatment system. Installation was fast and clean, and the customer service was amazing. Our dishes, showers, and appliances already look better. Best water softener company in Laredo!"
"Great customer service — was present at the site and most owners don't do that. Definitely values people. Walked me step by step through the process. Definitely recommended."

Almost certainly yes. Laredo's water consistently tests at 30–42 GPG, classified as 'Very Hard.' The WQA's threshold for Very Hard starts at 10.5 GPG. That hardness builds scale inside your pipes, clogs your water heater, shortens appliance life, and leaves spots on everything. A softener is one of the most cost-effective improvements you can make to a South Texas home.
Laredo's water meets all federal legal requirements set by the EPA. However, the Environmental Working Group has identified multiple contaminants above their stricter health-based guidelines. The very high TDS and hardness levels, while not a federal violation, affect taste and are hard on plumbing. Many Laredo families add a reverse osmosis system at the drinking tap for that reason.
Azul Essentials is a whole-house water softener. It removes hardness minerals (calcium, magnesium) that cause scale and buildup. Azul + is a 6-stage water refiner that does everything Essentials does and also removes chlorine, chloramines, chemicals, and odors through carbon filtration stages. If you want softened water that also smells and tastes clean from every tap, Azul + is the upgrade. Both are high-capacity systems with twice the filtration of a traditional unit.
$39/month is the starting price for our Azul Essentials whole-house water softener on financing. It covers the equipment and professional installation by our own crew. Exact pricing depends on your home size and water test results. We show you the number before we start, no surprises. The A550 RO drinking system and Azul + refiner are priced separately; we quote both at your free water test.
Yes. We offer financing on all systems with no deposit required. We walk you through the options during your free water test, before any paperwork. If it doesn't make financial sense for you, we'll tell you.
Most installations are done the same day we arrive, typically in 3 to 5 hours. Our own crew handles everything, top to bottom. We don't use subcontractors. You'll have clean water that same day.
Laredo, TX first, and ranches and homes across Webb County. Farther out is case by case; I'd rather tell you no on the phone than charge you for a drive. See the service area.
Me, Enrique. I'm the owner and I'm the one who takes your call. The guys who install your system are my own crew, not subcontractors I found last week. If something's ever not right, you don't get bounced to a 1-800 number or a franchise support line. You call me directly at (956) 307-7852 and I handle it.
Sí, absolutamente. We're a Laredo company. Spanish is welcome in every conversation, appointment, and installation. Call, text, or book in whichever language is more comfortable for you.
No pressure. No cost. 30 minutes at your home. We're your neighbors in Laredo.
