These terms apply to the website azulwaterco.com and to the water testing, sales, installation and service work done by Azul Water Co LLC (“Azul,” “we,” “us”), a Texas company based in Laredo. By using the site, booking an appointment, or hiring us, you agree to them. If you sign a written quote or service agreement with us, that document controls where it differs from these terms.
The site is for information and for booking appointments. We try to keep it accurate, but water conditions, product specifications and financing programs change, and we do not guarantee that everything on the site is current. Nothing on the site is a binding offer; your price and scope are set in a written quote after your water test.
The in-home water test is free and creates no obligation. Test results describe your water at the tap on the day of the test; readings can change with season, source and plumbing. A quote we give you is valid for the period stated on it and covers only what it lists. Work outside that scope, including plumbing or electrical changes discovered on install day, is quoted separately before it is done.
You agree to give us access to the property, the water main, a drain and an electrical outlet where the system will go, and to confirm that you own the property or have the owner's permission for the work. Please tell us if you need to reschedule; we will do the same. Water service is interrupted for part of the install. We leave the work area clean and retest the water before we leave.
Your price is the one on your written quote. Payment terms, deposits (if any) and due dates are stated there. Financing is offered through third-party lenders and is subject to their credit approval, rates and terms; Azul is not the lender. Monthly amounts mentioned on the site, such as “from $39/month,” are examples with approved credit and depend on the system, the lender and your credit. Your written agreement includes any cancellation rights required by Texas law.
Warranty coverage for equipment and for our installation work is stated in your written agreement and in the manufacturer's warranty. Warranties do not cover damage from freezing, power surges, pressure problems, running the system without salt or filters, modifications by others, or water conditions that change materially after the test. Filters, membranes, salt and UV lamps are consumables that need replacement on a schedule; Azul Care is our optional maintenance membership for that.
Softeners, filters, reverse osmosis and UV systems reduce specific things in water, such as hardness, chlorine, dissolved solids and microorganisms, within the limits of each product's certification. They are not medical devices and we make no claims that treated water prevents, treats or cures any health condition. City water in Laredo meets federal drinking-water standards; our systems are an improvement you choose, not a requirement.
When you give us your number you agree to receive calls and texts about your appointment and service. Reply STOP to end texts and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
We may ask to photograph the installed system and to post a review you wrote. We only use your name, photos of your home, or your words with your permission, and you can withdraw it by contacting us.
To the extent Texas law allows, Azul's responsibility for any claim related to the site, a water test, a product or an installation is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Webb County, Texas, unless your written agreement says otherwise. These terms are published in English and Spanish; if the two versions differ, the English version controls for the website, and the version you signed controls for any written agreement.
