Azul Water Co LLC (“Azul,” “we,” “us”) is a water treatment company based in Laredo, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through azulwaterco.com and our phone and text lines, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you book a water test or contact us, we collect what you type into the form: your name, mobile number, ZIP code, property type, whether you own or rent, the product you clicked on, the page you were on, and the language you were using. If you call or text, we keep your number and the conversation so we can follow up.
Our website may use analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the Meta pixel) that set cookies and collect device and usage information like pages viewed, approximate location and referring site. You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works.
To schedule and confirm your water test, send appointment reminders, answer your questions, prepare a quote, provide service and warranty support, and, if you have agreed to it, tell you about offers. We also use aggregate site data to understand which pages help people.
By submitting a form with your mobile number, or by texting us, you consent to receive text messages from Azul Water Co about your water test appointment, service updates and account notifications. If you also opt in to marketing messages, you may receive occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Service providers that run our tools: our customer relationship system (GoHighLevel), our phone and texting provider, financing partners when you apply for financing, and our analytics and advertising providers. They handle your data to provide their service to us and are not allowed to use it for their own marketing. We do not sell personal information.
For as long as you are a customer or a lead we are actively following up with, and afterward as needed for warranty, tax and legal records.
Reply STOP to end texts. Ask us to correct or delete your information by emailing hello@azulwater.co or calling (956) 307-7852. We will confirm within a reasonable time.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method is perfect, so we cannot promise absolute security. Our services are for adults; we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
