What I promise

Five things, on paper.

  • Numbers on paper before we start. At the free test I measure hardness, TDS and chlorine at your tap. Those readings and the targets we commit to go on your quote. You keep the copy.
  • Retest within 24 hours of install. Same crew, same tap, same meters. You see the before and after side by side. Most retests happen before we leave your house.
  • Miss the targets, pay $0. If the retest doesn't hit the targets on your quote, we remove the system within 7 days, patch the connection, and you owe nothing. No restocking fee, no service call, no fine print.
  • The price on the quote is the price. No surprise on the invoice. If it isn't on the paper, you don't pay for it.
  • We reply in 5 minutes. Book online or text us during business hours (Mon–Fri 8am–6pm, Sat 9am–3pm) and you hear from us within 5 minutes. After hours, first thing next morning.

Applies to residential installs in our service area, once per household. Targets are set from your own test and written on your quote. Retest is at the same tap, by Azul, within 24 hours of install completion. Equipment is removed by Azul within 7 days of a missed retest. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are separate and come with your paperwork.

How the retest works

Before
Hardness in grains per gallon with a titration kit, TDS and chlorine with a digital meter, at your kitchen tap. Written on the quote.

Targets
A softener target is hardness near zero at the tap. An RO target is a TDS reading at the drinking faucet. Azul+ adds chlorine at or near zero. Whatever we sell you, the target is on the paper.

After
Within 24 hours of the install, usually before we leave, we run the same tests at the same tap and write the results next to the targets.

Your call
Targets hit: you keep the system and the price on the quote stands. Targets missed: we take it out within 7 days and you pay $0.

Questions about the guarantee.

What counts as “clean”?+×

The targets written on your quote, nothing vaguer than that. For a softener it is hardness near zero grains per gallon at the tap we tested. For the A550 it is a TDS number at the drinking faucet. For Azul+ it also includes chlorine. You see the targets before you sign anything.

Why 24 hours and not 48?+×

Because a properly sized softener changes the water the moment it is online, and the RO tank fills in a few hours. There is no reason to make you wait two days to find out. Most retests happen before we leave your house.

What if the numbers change months later?+×

The $0 guarantee covers the install retest. After that, the equipment is covered by its manufacturer warranty, and Azul Care members get scheduled filter changes, salt checks and a retest on every visit. If something drifts, you call my number and the same crew comes back.

Is there a catch on the $0?+×

Three conditions, all on this page: residential install in our service area, once per household, and the retest is done by Azul at the same tap within 24 hours. If we miss, we remove the system within 7 days, restore the connection and you owe nothing for the equipment or the labor.
